TERMS OF ADVERTISING
By placing an Insertion Order for placement of advertising on the StockFindings.com web site, the ‘Advertiser’ agrees to the following:
ь All contents of the Advertisements are subject to StockFindings.com’s approval. StockFindings.com reserves the right to reject or cancel any Advertisement at any time.
ь Cancellations or changes in orders must be made in writing.
ь StockFindings.com shall have the right to hold Advertiser jointly and severally liable for such monies as are due and payable to StockFindings.com for Advertisements. In the event that Advertiser fails to pay for Advertisements, StockFindings.com shall have a right to terminate any other advertising campaign, which StockFindings.com has agreed to run for such Advertiser.
ь StockFindings.com shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to electronically publish and display an Advertisement. In no event shall StockFindings.com be liable for any damages, consequential or otherwise, in excess of the amount paid for Advertisements under the relevant Insertion Order, as a result of any error or omission on the part of StockFindings.com or for any other reason.
